1. What are Inspiration Points?

Inspiration Points are our exclusive loyalty rewards that members earn for every completed reservation made through their membership. Points can be redeemed like cash for future bookings, including hotels, flights, cars, activities, and more.

2. How do I earn Inspiration Points?

Members automatically earn points on all completed reservations made through their membership account — including travel by any Traveler listed on the account.

3. When do Inspiration Points appear in my account?

Pending Points will show in your Rewards Dashboard as soon as a reservation is made and will become available once travel is completed.

4. How long are Inspiration Points valid?

Points remain active for up to 10 years from the date they are earned, depending on the product. Members can check their account at any time to view the validity of their Inspiration Points.

5. How can I redeem my Inspiration Points?

When booking, simply add your Inspiration Points at checkout. You can pay fully with Points or combine them with cash if you don’t have enough to cover the total.

6. Can I use all my Points toward a booking?

Yes. You can use your full Inspiration Points balance to pay for any eligible booking.

7. Can I combine cash cards and Inspiration Points?

Yes. If your Points balance doesn’t cover the entire amount, you can combine Points with cash or a payment card at checkout.

8. Can Inspiration Points be bought?

No. Inspiration Points are earned automatically with each completed booking — they cannot be purchased.

9. I can’t see my Points in my wallet. Where can I find them?

Go to your profile (upper right corner of the page), open the menu, and click on Your Rewards. There you’ll find your Inspiration Points balance and activity.

10. Can other Travelers on my account use my Points?

Yes. Any Traveler listed on your account can use your Inspiration Points toward their bookings.

11. What is the value of an Inspiration Point?

Each Inspiration Point is worth $0.01 USD and can be used just like cash for any eligible travel booking.

12. What types of bookings earn Inspiration Points?

Members earn Points on completed reservations for hotels, resort stays, cars, transfers, and activities.

13. What happens if I cancel a booking?

If a reservation is canceled before travel is completed, the pending Inspiration Points associated with that booking will not be awarded.
